28 Free flat design kit download for 2013

Here are 28 flat design kit that you can download for free. Thanks to all the designers who contributed freely to Dribbble.com, we can benefit from their work by building on what they have given us.  Of course, being free, these might not be the best flat design kit in the sense that they have everything we want. If you want a more commercial grade flat design kit, I am afraid you just have to spend some money to purchase one.  Having said that, if you want something for personal work or just to practice designing some flat UI, these set of free downloadable flat design kit should be sufficient.

#1:  Flat UI Kit by Riki Tanone

Riki has created these flat UI design widgets as practices for designing such UI. She has mentioned that these were done in 10 to 15 minutes so there might be some issue with legibility.

This free flat ui kit is created by Designmodo, which also offers a premium version of the product.  I have covered their product in my review on the best flay ui kit. Basically, they are a solid company offering a solid product.

Another practice set done by a talented designer.  The colors are great and the designs will work on many different types of sites.

#5 : Simplistic UI Kit by Tanveer Junayed

This is a more simplistic flat UI design kit.  If you want something clean and simple without too much clutter, his flat ui kit should work well with you.

A very recent release by egrappler. This metro style flat UI kit was only introduced in July 2013 so it is pretty new. However, the coverage of the different elements is good.

This is an interesting set. Although the general look is still towards the metro style UI, there is some 3D beveled edge, thus making it not totally flat.

I love the color tone and the overall look of this set of flat UI kit. The color scheme is really very nice and something that I would like to see being apply for the entire site.

Another dark metro UI kit. The theme is less darker than #20 above as it uses more grey than black. Look great on a transparent background theme.
